ICYMI: April 2017 Reviews

The end of April snuck up on me while I was enjoying the sunshine of last week. Today, however, the weather has turned and so I’m sat at my desk doing those things I should’ve done instead of sitting outside.

Here are links to the reviews I posted last month.

book coverA Note Yet Unsung – Tamera Alexander

A female master violinist auditions to join the newly formed Nashville Philharmonic, at a time when women in orchestras wasn’t the ‘done thing.’

book coverMy Heart Belongs in Fort Bliss, Texas – Erica Vetsch

Fashion artist Priscilla travels to Fort Bliss to claim her orphaned niece and nephew. She doesn’t know she’ll have a challenge on her hands.

An Uncommon Protector – Shelley Shepard Gray

Overwhelmed by the responsibilities of running a ranch on her own, Laurel Tracey decides to hire a convict—a man who’s just scary enough to take care of squatters and just desperate enough to agree to a one year post.

book coverAlabaster – Chris Aslan

Maryam and her sister are shamed and ignored by the people of their conservative village. But word of a new doctor may bring the salvation they’re looking for.
